Solid sodium phytate is white or white crystalline powder, odorless, tasteless, slightly salty, easy to delix (anhydrous matter) in the air, soluble in water, insoluble in anhydrous ether, ethanol, benzene, chloroform and other solvents, according to customer requirements to produce different requirements of sodium phytate.
It can also be made according to customer requirements of the required amount of liquid sodium phytate, liquid sodium phytate for light yellow or colorless liquid, soluble in water, at low temperature for a long time to store crystal precipitation.
Application
It is used in food industry as quality improver, emulsifier, nutrient fortification agent, fermentation aid and binder.
The daily chemical industry is used as a toothpaste additive to prevent dental caries, remove smoke, tea scale, remove dental calculus, and promote the remineralization of dental glaze. Sodium phytate derivatives added to shampoo can resist bacteria and effectively remove dandruff formation. Adding sodium phytate to laundry detergent can effectively protect the color of clothes from fading and can be used as a color fixing agent.
Printing and dyeing industry used as hydrogen peroxide bleaching stabilizer, antibiotic drugs culture agent.
In the pharmaceutical industry, sodium phytate can effectively reduce the secretion of stomach acid and prevent the occurrence of stomach diseases.
