Copper, aluminum, steel and its alloys and other materials, before the surface passivation treatment, soon oxidized, deepened color, affecting their properties. At present, the surface of metal materials treated with surface treatment agents is still not beautiful. To this end, the corrosion inhibitor of copper, aluminum, steel and their alloys was studied, and a uniform and dense protective film was covered after dipping and washing. The metal exposed in the air is not prone to chemical corrosion and electrochemical corrosion, which greatly strengthens its working characteristics. The general anti-rust method between processes or inventory is phosphating, and then passivation with chromic acid or immersion of anti-rust oil to achieve the purpose of anti-rust. Both of these post-treatment methods cause pollution and harm to human environment, and the treatment scheme using phytic acid and phytate can also achieve the above purpose. Experimental method The materials selected for this experiment are copper block, aluminum block, steel block and their alloys, which are cut into 9.5×2.8×0.3cm3 flake samples with holes drilled at one end. Before the experiment, the copper block is pre-ground with fine emery cloth, and the aluminum block and steel block are treated by conventional methods, rinsed with tap water, and treated in the treatment liquid. For specific methods, see the application method. Composition This experiment consists of two parts: A and B Preparation and use method: Liquid A: Mix the components fully, add deionized water to 600ml, heat to 70 ~ 80℃, and treat copper, aluminum, steel and their alloys. After pre-grinding, the copper block is soaked in the treatment solution for 3-5 minutes, and then removed and washed. Aluminum block, steel block impregnated in the treatment solution shall not exceed 30 seconds, remove and rinse with tap water. Liquid B: Add benzotriazole, triethanolamine and tartaric acid into 100ml deionized water and dissolve at about 60℃, then add other salts, then mix fully, add deionized water to 650ml, and cool to room temperature. The copper, aluminum, steel and their alloys treated with liquid A are impregnated in liquid B for 10 to 15 seconds at room temperature, and then removed and washed and exposed in the air. Experimental proof indicates: 1. The test temperature of 70 ~ 80℃ is the most suitable, high temperature, low temperature will affect the quality, the most suitable treatment time is 3 ~ 5 minutes. 2. The treated metal surface is covered with a thin protective film with obvious metallic luster, and is placed for a long time with the same luster. 3. The corrosion inhibitor has no pollution to the environment.
